I find that e-mail is an integral part of my life and as such, it can be a blessing and a curse. It's a great way to communicate with others but I often think that too often it is used as the main way to communicate instead of a phone call or face to face. If something is really important for me to know, I prefer to have someone talk to me in person. I find it discouraging when someone gets upsest because they are looking for an email response within 30 minutes. If it is that important, call me. I read my emails but I'm not checking them every hour. E-mails are a way to help us not enslave us.
